      Application

I interviewed at LoadUp (Alpharetta, GA)

      Interview

Primary contact through recruiter, not many details given. Day of interview, showed up early but the instructions to get into building weren't exactly clear, so managed to only make it in 5 minutes early rather than 15. Greeted by recruiter who excitedly told me the "CEO himself and Sales VP" would be interviewing me. Sat in the interview room waiting for the two to arrive, who were a few minutes late. Walked me through a fairly standard interview, but placed a lot of emphasis on their culture. Ultimately got to impressing the point upon me that they are a faith based business. I think it was very intentionally done to be legal but still screening for those that don't follow a "faith based approach" to life. I think religion is important but I don't necessarily need it to be a part of my work career, in fact in some ways I feel they are importantly separate. I felt that LoadUp's interview process was designed in such a way to screen those who weren't of a certain belief type while not breaking any discrimination laws. Ultimately, maybe this is best for everyone involved.

      Question 1

Here are our tenants of business: (7-10 very typical business goals) ...and also we are a faith based business, we don't expect others adopt our faith, but we do want to let people know that is an important characteristic of our business. What are your feelings about this?
