It was a single step competency based interview. I got the interview invitation by directly applying on Company portal. It was a competency based interview. They also have an internal template for competency based questions which is based on their values - so its good starting point to prepare.

Interview
Initial call with HR. Then call with manager for the team and senior manager. Around 1hr/1hr and 30. There was an Excel test at the end but this was mostly to understand the competency from basic formulas to harder ones. Friendly team and comfortable.

Awsome interview experience. met both the hiring manager and the senior manager. interview process took about a month except for backgroung check that took about 3 months to finalize before joining the team
