After I completed the online application, I was asked to schedule a telephone interview, and last the face to face interview , which had 3 parts: 1 on 1 interview( generic questions, situational questions, testing skills for the job) , followed by a group exercise (each candidate received a script, sudy it for 5 minutes, discussion about the scripts, and last a telephone role-play. Friendly, professional atmosphere, the assessors, supportive, very clear in describing the role, and what will be asked from us during interview, useful feedback.
