Questions before but very little time to prepare which was pointless and caused more stress than not having seen them. 30 minutes for 7 in depth questions was not enough time, if the reason was not to be assessed on ability to think on one’s feet then should receive questions when interview arranged not 30 mins before when you are already nervous
