Very thorough and broad interview process quite unique compared to others. The process ranged from classic psychometric evaluations to a job role simulation where you have to record video responses to the questions.

Why do you want to work here/motivation for starting your career at Lloyds?
Lloyds Banking Group make it as less stressful as they can, which was nice. Not the most professional setting, and most likely will be conducted on teams. Also the process is rather slow.
