Lloyds bank recruiter program is nothing more than a gimmick. They talk a lot about respecting returners and training them to align as per the project. They almost made me feel that I am in but I was rejected with the feedback stating that my technical skills were great however my answers on personal /behavioral aspects were robotic and I was overprepared. What do you mean by my answers being robotic? What are you expecting from returners? It's not only me but many returners have faced the same concerns. Management should immediately look into it and may consider conducting it honestly rather than just showing the number of interviews they took.
