I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group in Sept 2021
Interview
Personal questions, motivations, why Lloyds etc
Then presentation, questions about preso
then STAR questions
then an opportunity to ask Questions
The whole experience was over 90 minutes and prepping a 10 minute presentation on a new area required significant preparation.
Interviews were nice enough, often felt like they were asking random generic open ended questions related to innovation but not to the actual role at hand. Often it seemed like they could have down a better job of reading CV in advance

Question 1
Why this role
Why Lloyds specifically
What are you like
Tell me about a time you designed a new business propostion / model
The first stage was a quick chat with the hiring manager which lasted around half an hour. Very friendly, all generic questions asked. Received feedback after a week which was personal and helpful!
