First got a phone interview then got invited to the assessment day. Was an easy progress. First they do a half hour introduction then take you away one by one for a face to face interview.

Was very quick and simple. Pre screening interview from assessment centre within a week. There is quite a few stages but expected. Online application, online test, pre screening, assessment centre, final interview.
