Phone interview first, was told was in the range of $. 1 interview with HR, regular personality stuff and panel of technical guys (no mention of $ but responsibilities) 2 interview again with HR and technical stuff, more technical this time (no mention of $) 3 Phone again with HR (was mention of $ but was offered another interview) with reference check. 4 interview with head shot and HR and technical staff (Was a waste of time since it was not necessary) Each of these process took a while for them to get back to me, appears like they have someone else or are just playing a game to see if candidate is desperate, and offer them a low ball amount, even lower than what they current make. The word of advice I can give is be very frank and assertive with them on the base pay with them or else they will waste your time and your reference time.
