I worked there as a temp in the 90s for this customs house, I was told it was a customer service job and found out it was all data entry. It was a stuffy office environment. Everyone wore ties, because somehow it was something expected around the executives.
Jumping to 2025, applied for a role in accounts receivables. After C19, how things have changed to very casual streetwear. The manager was very unprofessional, she wore a strapy tank top and talked over me during the interview. They wanted collections improvement of piddly little, high volume of invoices and had no idea how to improve or have any desire to improve besides throwing more bodies at the problem. She told me I talked too much and had no desire to get to know me. So needless to say I didn't get the job.
Recently in January 2026, they're hiring a Vice President of Client Services. Avoid this company, they're in a change crisis.
