I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LivingSocial (Washington, DC) in Oct 2016
Interview
Went into the office to meet the sales manager. I was wildly overdressed compared to company standards. Relaxed interview that mainly gauged how you would fit in with the work/culture

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LivingSocial (Washington, DC) in Mar 2014
Interview
Applied on a Tuesday through LinkedIn, was emailed on that Thursday for a phone interview the next morning. Fridays phone interview was very simple, basically an overlook of your resume that was submitted and a reason as to why you'd like to work for LivingSocial. If they think you're a good fit they will schedule a face to face in my case it was at their DC location. At the DC face to face that net Tuesday I felt very comfortable and everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. There are two sets of about 20 minute interviews. One interview is an over view of your resume and what your aspirations may be with the company, the other is a sales pitch and how you would structure a sales pipeline. Very simple. They sat me down with a few associates and we socialized for a bit afterwards. Within 48 hours I received an offer.
