The interview process for this position was extremely robust. I made it through 2 months of about 8 different procedures with them. After, I was told that they were continuing their search, and they said it was likely with someone that was already within its church community. Order of procedures:
1. Linkedin application
2. Recruiter reaches out to you
3. Self Recorded Video Submissions
4. Full Application and Approval of Background Check
5. Self Evaluation Activity - 2 tests
6. In Person Interview
7. Attend a Service with Them and Coffee Meetup After - Second In Person Interview essentially.
8. Design Test
Pros: For the most part, the recruiter did a good job of communicating timelines and answering questions. Interviewers were friendly and asked good questions.
Cons: Way, way, way too robust of a screening process. It did feel like they did not take into account that applicant's potentially have a current job. A skilled professional should be able to discern a good hire after an interview and portfolio review. A lot of this could be done in a quicker fashion to show more cognizance to their applicant.
