I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LiveRamp (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
The recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. We scheduled a time to speak for a phone screening. Next, I spoke with someone in the same department I was applying for. The last step was a 3 hour in-person interview, including a 20-minute presentation with Q&A afterwards.
The in-personal interviews were with four people, 30 minutes each. At the end, I presented a PowerPoint on skills and strategies of how to improve the support role.
At the of this process, I was not offered a position, nor was I told via email or phone that I did not get the job. I ended up having to email the recruiter to follow-up with no offer. He claimed to have left a voice message but I never received anything. The most disappointing part of this entire process was the lack of feedback they were not able to provide post interview due to their company "policy". Never had I interviewed for a company that made me do the most work only to provide ZERO feedback after.
I'd be careful about what you present to this company, they might just want to steal ideas.

Question 1
Name a time you had to a hard time balancing your workload. How did you deal with it?
Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences with us. I too am disappointed that you were not properly notified of the hiring decision. However, I can assure you that presentations are not used to misappropriate your ideas. Our presentation prompts are used to help us gauge skill set as a piece of the interview process.
Again - thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and we wish you the best of luck in your career search.
Phone screen
Complete waste of time.
Got an email saying they weren't interested after a couple of days
Someone there obviously failed to read my resume and cover letter correctly.
It would have been a good opportunity.
Their mistake completely and their loss.
