I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LiveRamp in Jan 2023
Interview
After submitted the resume, got email from one of the coordinators, she set a meeting with me and a recruiter from LiveRamp and we discussed my background and the position. The recruiter repeatedly said he was really impressed by my background and he believed we can move forward with the process, he just need to double check with the hm, which they will have meeting one hour after our call. After that, one week later i got nothing, I emailed the recruiter every day asking for any feedback and no one replied. I found this very frustrating and not respecting at all. During this pandemic, I understand everyone is under some pressure, but I believe replying to an email saying you will or will not move forward with my application won't take you over one min, especially after you said how impressed you are with my background. I feel like the company (or just the recruiter himself) not respect the candidates at all, and I hope employers know it is not OKAY to ghost a candidate . Everyone is busy and everyone should be respected

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LiveRamp in Nov 2023
Interview
Had a phone screen with the recruiter initially, then did not hear back from them. Eventually got to know (After a lot of follow-up emails) that the Hiring Manager determined that I was too junior for the role.
I applied online. I interviewed at LiveRamp in Oct 2023
Interview
My experience with LiveRamp's phone screen was initially promising, with discussions about progressing to the next level. However, the process took an unexpected turn. I later found myself being ghosted after being informed about a potential meeting with the hiring manager. After reaching out for updates, I was directed to another HR contact, who then conveyed that the hiring manager deemed my profile too junior for the role. It's perplexing why such a determination wasn't made earlier in the process. Transparency about expectations and qualifications from the outset would have saved both parties valuable time and effort.
