My interview was simple. She asked me some questions and was very kind. I've worked in childcare before so I feel I was easily able to Answeer questions. I heard back less than a week from the interview.

Zoom format, very general and about-you questions. A lot of a scenario based questions regarding childcare and the like. Simple, but thorough interview. I would say that it is fairly easy to become employed here provided you exemplify love for kids and pass a thorough background check

An open conversation about strengths and weaknesses, as well as a discussion about responsibilities and roles. There is a small test for grammar and math which you complete online before the in-person interview.
