Little Giant Ladder System interview questions

I met with an HR Representative in person for my first interview. She gave me a really great idea of the company as a whole. Then I met with the creative team in a Zoom interview. It was a great experience. They were forgiving of technical difficulties and I got the impression they treat their employees well.
