15 minutes interview follow by on-site trial, some general questions regarding past experience working with EYFS and outdoors education plus availability. You get to see the site and the children, as well as how they set up activities. Questions were very easy and informal, you walk and talk with one of the staff and the kids as part of interview, which is a bit strange, because the kids and the other teachers can hear you.
