I applied in-person. I interviewed at Little Caesars Pizza (Clarksville, TN) in May 2019
Interview
There was literally zero time in reference to minutes, hours, or days even, that I got a call back. Meaning, I got the offer as soon as I handed my application over the counter. I had been hired previously in the exact same business with different corporate competitors but still the Little Caesars name brand. In that time which I was working in Colorado prior to Tennessee, I had be so good at not only my main job, but literally every other position possible, that I had been offered to train in the management position in my previous job. Granted I had to move back to Tennessee for a family emergency, I was only offered the stingy federal minimum wage when I told the hiring manager my previous experience had gotten me paid at $11.10 an hour, which is only $1.60 less than double the federal minimum. To take such a broad and unnecessary job in pay rate, at such a time when you desperately need employees, is not a smart business choice to make on an experienced employee.
