I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lirio in Apr 2024
Interview
-Interview scheduling moved very quickly, they didn't waste much time
-I interviewed with the operations manager, and then did a dual-interview with the one other IT Support Specialist and then the Executive Assistant
The operations manager asked me questions on work ethic, handling situations, what I look for in a company and work atmosphere, asked advice I would give management etc. He then gave me a run-down on what work would look like, the expected hours to be in the office (although they prefer you show up an hour before your scheduled shift to "get ready"), described how often they will be messaging you on Slack, email, and calling your cellphone for help, how they often need help for a couple hours after-hours every day (for time differentials w/ different employees) etc.
The interview with the other IT Support Specialist gave me a run-down on what a normal day was like for him.
The executive assistant asked me personality questions and "how would you...?" questions. I was told the company likes "constant communication" before hours, during hours and after hours.

Question 1
1 - We are huge on communication via Slack, email, work cellphone and then if you dont answer your work cellphone your personal cellphone. Are you a good communicator?
2- Our executives can be very needy. How will you treat our executives versus everyone else at the company?
3 - We try to call employees work cellphones first, but in the event employees don't answer their work cellphones we then call their personal cellphones. How will you react to these calls?
4 - since there is only 1-2 IT staff at the whole company, how can you assist us in the event that you are out for vacation or at a personal appointment and we need assistance?
I applied online. I interviewed at Lirio (Brentwood, TN) in Feb 2021
Interview
I had a phone interview with the recruiting manager and he was very personable and friendly. Afterwards he contacted me about an in-person interview in their office and I really enjoyed speaking with my interviewers and hearing how passionately they believe in the company. I thought that the interview went very well but did not hear anything further. While I'm sad that I didn't move forward, I am happy that I got to learn about this company and hopefully in the future I will have an opportunity to interview for another position with them when I have a bit more experience under my belt.

Question 1
Basic get to know you questions and follow-ups, as I only had the one in person interview and the initial phone screening.
