I was contacted by Lionbridge Poland after submitting my CV. My reply to them was left unanswered.
One year (!) forward, I was contacted again from the same person and scheduled a quick interview. After that, they went dead silent again, leaving me completely in the dark for the second time.

Interview
(1) English online test (2) Chinese online test (3) videocall interview. I finished all the interview and pass it all. But HR said to me that I pass all , but they didn't have any Chinese project right now, so couldn't give me the offer.
Very fast and simple, through the phone then a video call. You get tested on your language and that's about it. You don't need a lot of knowledge either and they hire even if there are mistakes.
I applied online and after a few weeks, I received the email inviting for an interview. I firstly had a general interview and then I took a linguistic test. Both were online.
