Interview
I was first contacted by HR for a 15 minute phone screen. Following the phone screen, I was invited to come in for an on site interview at the Lionbridge office. The panel interview consisted of 4-6 people who were members of the team of the position that I had applied.

Question 1
I was asked if I have any experience with localization. Most of the other questions were behavioral (e.g. Name a time when you had to work with a difficult co-worker who caused conflict in the work place. What did you do to to resolve the conflict?)

Interview
The interview process included a couple of stages, communication was generally clear, and timelines were reasonable. Overall, it provided a good opportunity to learn more about the role and the team.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter via email and had an initial phone conversation followed by a second interview which was in person. There were two people present during my second interview and the atmosphere was quite relaxed.
Straightforward and not too complicated. Just had to present ability to understand PM process and adaptability to be able to take on the role. Interviewers are very nice and open to a genuine conversation
