Interview
Was reviewed by the agent who has no idea what is going on in the company all he cared about that they don't need to make visa for me and if I was a native speaker of the needed language.
The interview process is smooth, recruiters are friendly and helpful, they don't muddle the interview up with too much HR fluff. Interviewers are competent and the interview is comprehensive, while still being short. They are also elastic when it comes to the time of the interview
