I had a screening call from HR, then a one hour interview with two hiring managers. I did not hear back from HR after the interview. I followed up after a couple of weeks and, after they initially refused to confirm or deny whether I'd progressed, another follow-up email was then ignored.
Initial screening through AI focusing on pattern and memory.
Second interview face to face, on site.
Third was a reference screen plus criminal history check.
Received offer after completion of third stage.

Multi step interview process. Initial phone screening with HR, followed by hiring manager interview with standard behavioural questions (had 2 rounds with more senior managers). Require you to do psych testing before making an offer. Typical testing across maths, English and abstract reasoning.
