I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Linqia
Interview
Started with a 15-minute phone screen and was then moved to second and third round interviews. During the second round, compensation was discussed and the base salary mentioned was lower than what I currently make. I asked whether there was flexibility and shared the range I was targeting. I was told we could revisit that conversation in the third round. After completing the final interview, I was informed that the base compensation was not flexible. It would have been helpful to know that earlier in the process, as it likely would have saved time for both sides. The interviews themselves felt more like a grilling than a conversation.

Interview
Easy questions--it felt like a vibe check honestly. They were very nice and transparent about how long and how many interviews there would be. They are pretty quick at responding post application and throughout the process
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Linqia (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2025
Interview
The hiring call felt very disorganized and unprofessional. The interviewer asked standard questions (“Tell me about yourself,” “Why Linquia?” and “What salary are you expecting”), but the conversation was hard to follow due to a loud background, frequent audio cutouts, and the interviewer mentioning they were getting into an elevator mid-call. Overall, it gave off an unfocused, not-serious vibe.
