Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. I first applied online and there were three rounds of interviews in total. The first was a phone call with the recruiter, second was a behavioral virtual interview, and the last one was a virtual case study with other potential BLP candidates. The first two were not too difficult, but the last one was pretty tough. Overall, a positive experience.

3 Rounds of interviews. First one is very standard with typical interview questions. Second interview focus on behavioral questions and what you would do in certain scenarios. The last round was a group interview case study, which was very difficult and you are working in teams of 4 with other candidates. Overall good interview experience but the last round was difficult trying to directly compete with other candidates.
