The SAP Program Manager role with Lingyi iTech was initially put on hold and then reopened after about six months. When the process resumed, a different set of interviewers conducted the interviews. The discussion focused on my SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation experience, global manufacturing rollout background, stakeholder management, bilingual English/Chinese communication, and ability to lead cross-functional teams across Singapore, China, and other sites. However the decision was to relocate someone from Taiwan to Singapore for this role.
