Got a call from HR the very next day after applying. He took some basic details like Total experience, relevant experience, notice period etc over the phone and again insisted for a 1st HR round (to take the same details again) of 30 minutes duration on teams within next 30-60 minutes timeslot. I politely requested that I've another meeting in the next 30-60 minutes, so please schedule it after 3-4 hours. He accepted the same and scheduled it after 4 hours on the same day but didn't join. I called him whether the meeting is still on or not, he said he is out for lunch so he couldn't join which is a lie. He said he will call again on Monday to schedule a fresh slot but he didn't call me, neither picked up my calls. Why HR's always shows this type of attitude? Why HR's expect candidates to be 24*7 interview ready?
