As a candidate, I recently had the opportunity to interview for a position at a company. Unfortunately, one of the interviews was not well-organized. The interviewer seemed unprepared and scattered throughout the conversation, which left me feeling overwhelmed and unable to answer some of the questions to the best of my ability. Additionally, they unexpectedly dropped a home coding exercise on me without any prior warning or consideration for my schedule. Despite this, the other two technical interviews were much more professional and respectful. The interviewers were polite and seemed like pleasant people to work with. Overall, the interview process was disorganized and frustrating, but I was impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the other interviewers.
