Lindblad Expeditions interview questions

The interview process while average with number and type of questions, was lengthy. There were several interviews over the course of a month. I appreciated that I was able to not only meet with leadership but also had the opportunity to interview with employees that were in the role level currently.

The interview process was very easy.It was a one on one Microsoft Teams Video Interview.I wore a black sweater with black slacks and black flats and I had my hair up and I wore makeup.First part of the interview they talked about the company and the job,then they went over my resumé and asked me questions about my work history.My interview went really good and then I had to do a background check/professional references and then afterwards I received the job offer.
