Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes (Sydney) in Jan 2019
Interview
There were three parts to the interview:
1) Testing on language skills i.e. spelling, grammar and comprehension
2) Interview with the centre manager - basic questions on your experience, interest to work with children and how to handle difficult situations.
Everyone was really lovely, and explained the process clearly. It was very apt, as the job does require you to have knowledge of these skills especially as you are dealing with education. The recommendation would be to brush up on your English, especially spelling at a grade school level.
In any case, if you do get chosen you will attend a week long training on how to conduct the classes, so don't worry too much.

Interview
A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section
