I applied online for a position. I got a call for an interview fairly quick. I interviewed with an HR director. She asked me typical interview questions and some scenario questions as well. They were related to the behavioral health field. Then I had to take a test on a computer. It was pass or fail. This test consisted of scenarios to test my character, quick thinking, stress under pressure, critical thinking, and even my moral compass. After my grade came back as PASSED, the CNO at the time then took me on a tour. Nowadays, you do not take the Pass or Fail test. You have a small interview with someone in HR or Nursing. If they take you back to the HR office or to the front lobby to wait, it usually means you have been hired.
