Applied for the position. They brought me in for a one on one interview with the Human Resources Representative. They went over my resume with me asking what my past experiences were and what I am looking to get out of the opportunity with working at Linamar.

Interview
I applied online and had a family member who is also a machine operator talk to the plant human resource representative and recommend me. They told me to give them my resume. An interview was scheduled after a week or two. It started as a one on one interview with the HR rep then one of the production supervisors came in to ask me some stuff about my past experience and to tell me what kind of things I'd be doing on the job.
