I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Lime in Aug 2022
Interview
The multi-stage interview process (5 1:1 rounds, 30 minutes each) was very informative and engaging, despite also being quite challenging due to the very practical questions. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Question 1
What are the key indicators you would consider when trying to improve the service?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lime in Dec 2024
Interview
Somewhat long (HR interview + Hiring Manager interview + 3x 30 min interview with 3 different departments' representatives + Warehouse interview with Hiring Manager and OM)
The last two interviews had hipothetical questions but there was never a case study.
HR was supportive but lacked a bit of transparency and some knowledge of the position.
Overall positive, with everyone being helpful and trying to make the interviews more comfortable as possible so that you can provide thoughtful answers.
