Quick interview (30 minutes) where the interviewer was mostly looking for past hands on experience (electronics, cars) and personality. Got a short tour of the warehouse and logistics after the interview. I think this highly depends on the town one applies to as each of the operations have their own managers.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lime (Austin, TX)
Interview
I made it clear from the get go to my recruiter that I was only available to work the day shift. He assures me they have many positions open. I go to the interview and it went well. The interviewer again confirmed the shift I was interviewing for.. i.e. the (((day shift.))) I leave and get a call to find out they aren't hiring for that shift all along and the only shift available begins at 4am. Thanks for not valuing my time enough to just be straight up with me. Completely wasted my time.
