Standard interview screening call with recruiter. Was introduced to the company from a contact and then was quickly told the position / role had changed and they were looking for someone much more junior.
The interview process was clear, structured, and respectful throughout. Communication from the recruitment team was excellent - timely, transparent, and supportive. Melissa, in particular, was fantastic: thoughtful, encouraging, and always quick to follow up. Even though I didn’t get the role in the end, I came away with a very positive impression of Lime’s culture and hiring approach.
