Question 1
Where do you see yourself in 5 years with your professional career?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Limbach (Columbus, OH) in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview process was a very modern and efficient process. Through Limbach's internal Talent Acquisition Manager, James Swanson, I learned about the job opening, skills required, and interview process as a whole. This was done over a brief phone call. I felt that my resume/experience matched the job description. Furthermore, James was very supportive and easy to talk to during the conversation, only increasing the appeal of the opportunity. Following this, James set up an informal breakfast meeting with the office's VP of Sales and GM. We reviewed responsibilities of the SPM position, my past experience, and other informal topics that were not always related to the job. This made our conversations more fluid and comfortable. It did not feel like someone was reading off a worksheet with the "typical" interview questions. Last but not least, my final interview was located at the office where we further dived into the position, specific examples, and future outlook. This interview was with the office GM and SPD Manager. Following the interview, we toured the office, met office/team employees, etc... This is a common theme, but everyone was easy to talk to, welcoming, and gave a comfortability that is appealing when deciding to make a job transition. Throughout the process James followed up by call/text to review each interview and how it went. He was a shoulder to lean on and confide in. I almost forgot one of the most important meetings - there was a short virtual meeting with the People & Culture Business Partner department. We reviewed the not only the job expectations and health and benefits but also went over Limbach's emphasis on work-life balance. Something that I did not experience in past interviews/employment. It was the cherry on top to the best interview process I have been through thus far in my career.

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in the next 5, 10 years and what would be your goals within the company?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Limbach (Tampa, FL) in Nov 2025
Interview
The interview process was very informative, focused on company culture, finding the right fit for that culture, and for the specific teams. It was very casual and made it easy to feel comfortable and feel as though I was a part of the team already. Questions were catered more towards goals/aspirations & driving/motivating factors rather than what I could provide, which is very refreshing to be able to participate with.
