Interview
The overall process consisted of three stages: an HR intro interview, a test assignment (pretty challenging and fun, followed by a discussion of some technical issues via email), and a conversation with the hiring manager. At the latter, we lightly touched upon questions both on the test task and on various technical topics, discussed my experience, the manager told me about the company and the future project I would work on, and we agreed on organizational issues.

Interview
My interview process was smooth and interesting, without any silly stuff. The first stage consisted of an offline coding task followed by a technical interview. Communication was clear and timely throughout. Overall, it was a positive experience.

In the first stage, I was asked to solve offline one of four problems using Java. I chose the one related to deep-copying compound objects.
In the second stage, there was a technical interview covering experience-related questions and some Java basics, including a problem-solving task (if my memory serves me correctly).

Interview
The process was fast. The recruiters were responsive, and the feedback of each stage was given within a few hours after each interview. Interviewers showed interest on my past experience. I felt that the questions and the coding challenge were relevant and realistic. Every person I met in the process was extremely friendly.

Question 1
Live coding (~30 min) with a senior engineer and a team lead. The problem was a real world scenario that can be solved and coded within 30 min.
