I had a phone interview which lasted about 20 minutes. I had said I was available on several days but hadn't scheduled a specific time, so when the call came I was a bit surprised. For that reason, I wasn't as prepared as I could have been. I never heard back after that.

The HR round was weird and contradictory to the prior round. The HR clearly stated that i need to make my mind to join this company only if i am looking for no growth and role change. I mean which company doesn't have a career growth plan for it's employees or Who would want to be a secretary for all his/her life ? I think the company needs better HR that Can understand the skill set and hunger for growth instead of telling the candidate that they are too aspirational.
