Smooth interview process broken down over 5 separate sessions: 1. Initial screening with Talent Partner to discuss high-level job experience 2. Interview with Director of Product to discuss job experience and thought process in greater detail. Following this call, 2 follow up interviews were booked and a business case was assigned. 3. Interview with Product team to discuss approach to making decisions and grooming product backlog. Opportunity to ask questions regarding business case. 4. 15-20min presentation of business case with product team, followed by Q&A. 5. Final interview with Talent Partner to discuss career trajectory and behavioural questions. Overall, everyone in the process were super friendly and accommodating to work with.
