Really focusing on fit and culture, leadership interview is an interesting one where you get to meet more senior managers and ask more high level questions.
Everyone was professional, transparent and responsive.
Technical interview is not hard and is not mean to trick you, just getting a sense of how you work through some data structure and algorithm questions on the easier side.

Name the accomplishment you're most proud of in your career.
The process started with a call from a Talent Acquisition rep to discuss the role and gauge fit. Next, I had a more in-depth conversation with the Manager and Team Lead. The final round was a take-home challenge that I had to present. Overall, the flow was structured and professional, with clear expectations at each step.

Interview
1. phone screen with hr - they'll ask about your experience, what roles you're interested in and connect you to a team based on availability and your interest
2. interview with manager - mainly behavioural, likes/dislikes, past experience
3. interview with team - just getting to know the team, likes/dislikes, past experience, also high level technical questions related to your experience (not coding problems)
4. final interview with hr
everyone i met was quite friendly and helpful and they all ensured that the candidate feels comfortable.
