Interview
After applying online with a referral, I was called back within a week for a phone interview which went over my strengths, weaknesses, goals and expectations - as well as the company values. After that, I had an interview in office with my future DevOps Lead and QA Lead. Finally, a third interview with the QA Manager and I was hired a week later - although the hiring process was long and meticulous it is very efficient, as everyone I've encountered here is awesome to work with.

On a scale of 1-5 what is your knowledge with Java/PHP/SQL/API
Total 3 rounds of interview. 1st with HR with basic previous questions about work experience. 2nd was with team leads with live assignment. I was asked about testing concepts and automation. I was not selected for the 3rd round.

I had a phone interview and then an online technical test. They said I did well on the test, but after that, they never got back to me. The whole thing feels like a social experiment. I will keep away from these guys in the future.
