I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lightricks (Jerusalem, Jerusalem) in Nov 2024
Interview
The process involved a short telephone interview. Then, I had a technical interview with two employees. After the technical interview, I had a home task to submit within a week.
The next step was another technical interview at the company's headquarters, during which they asked me questions about the assignment.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lightricks (Haifa) in Dec 2022
Interview
2 long interviews + home assignment.
I should have not agreed to this. The assignment took a whole week of work, I did research into areas I had no previous knowledge in to answer the questions, also they required careful design & implementation, they actually gave a positive feedback on the assignment, they invited me for follow-up interview. At the end they just responded with a general no. Probably because of no personal chemistry with recruiters, they didn't really give me a logical reason of why they won't hire me. They said the assignment was good in their opinion. They had a few small arguments on the design choices, but It just felt lazy and not willing from their side. I think they don't value their candidates' time.
