Lightning Fit interview questions

The first interview was laid back. We did it via zoom and the interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to. I can also tell they are serious about finding the right fit. Unfortunately, I didn't get asked for a second interview, I'm guessing because I'm brand new to the field and lack experience.
