I had a phone screen and 1:1 in person with a Vice President of the company. It was mostly just asking if I could do the tasks required by the job: ride a bike, drive a 12-passenger van, and be comfortable in a swimming pool. Other than that, the VP discussed good neighborhoods to live and how I would need a car to get around in Houston. I definitely over prepared for the interview process.
