The interview process was slightly intense, but necessary. I interviewed with a couple directors as well as a few PMs during different phases of the process. The process also included a writing prompt. They all provided different insights of the company based on their roles. Everyone spoke highly of the culture.

Sometimes, messages can be lost in transmission, especially between clients and our internal teams. Tell me how you are able to convey messages from clients to the data processing team and vice versa?

The interview was conducted informally via phone and lacked organization, with multiple back-and-forth calls rather than a structured conversation. The second through zoom but still the people didin’t have a plan.
Too lengthy process and lots of steps to complete before being declined. Same questions asked repeatedly. Salary is good if you can get in the company. Sorry if this is not what you wanna hear.
Arduous. Flew to Seattle, interviewed all day, red eye home. Interviewed with 5-6 people. Nice offices. Met a lot of people. Time zone difference made for an exhausting day. Thirty words is a lot of words
