The interview process is friendly and supportive, covering basic questions about the background, design philosophy, and experience. We discussed my previous roles, specific design projects, and salary expectations, with a focus on how my skills align with the position. I felt encouraged to share my design journey and goals, making it a positive and engaging experience.
It was a freelance position. There was no interview as I was hired by a temp agency. The temp agency was impressed my work and that interview went very smoothly.
