Person(s) interviewing were relaxed, easy flowing conversation, focused and detailed on position, I asked clarifying questions to what was listed. Benefits were mentioned, as Company Perk.
Followed up by 2nd interview. More detailed position questions for me, put you on your toes to think fast.

Interview with department supervisor and then with executive director. Basically the same questions are asked by both parties. There were very few yes or no questions, mostly was questions that required explanation and examples.
