I interviewed at LifeStance Health (Saint Paul, MN)
Interview
A phone interview is the first step to get the ball moving then everything just seemed to fall into place. Basic questions were asked as what skills you can bring or what experiences you have in the past that can relate to this position, as they are looking for those customer service skills you can offer.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LifeStance Health (Portland, OR) in Apr 2026
Interview
Fair and straightforward. Basic questions regarding experience, comfort levels, expectations, clinical skills, and management. Very polite, nice, to the point. I could have been a lot easier but the weather did not help.
Interviews were held in a timely fashion via Zoom. A preliminary interview completed prior to meeting with additional administrators. Staff friendly, professional and created comfortable setting. There was an offer the same day. Contractual information necessary to initiate employment included confusing verbiage and financial uncertainties.
