Testing and interview with dispatch supervisor and director, process took about 2 weeks, typing test and emergency dispatch test processed after that background check and then 30 day paid training

I applied online and was asked to answer some questions through email. I got an invite for a skills exam after a couple of days. The exam consisted of IQ and skills questions, they have an application called Criticall which tests your ability to attend to emergencies while you are working through the skills and IQ exam. I got the invite for the interview two days after. The interview was quick and lively. It took around 10 minutes. I them got a call two days later to say that they are processing a background check and to call him after a week. After a week and a half I got the job offer. They wanted me to start work the very next day.
