Their internal recruiter reached out to me directly to discuss the role the company was offering. I replied expressing interest and after some back and forth exchanges, provided the recruiter with my contact information and they said they would call me on X date at X time.
The call date came and the recruiter did not call and missed our scheduled meeting. After several follow-up messages & emails sent to the recruiter, they then responded after almost 10 days (completely unprofessional) saying that the company is now only entertaining junior level hires for the team.

What is my experience in working with HNW & UHNW clientele?
Spoke with several people over a period of weeks, none of whom knew where I was in the process, and all of whom seemed to have different ideas about what the role was going to be. The recruiter was also unable to tell me what the next steps would be reliably. At one point they had me take those IQ and personality quizzes, which are usually a sign of poor practices. People were nice enough but an overall messy impression.

Interviewed more than a handful of rounds over a 2 month period, without any clear timeline or managed process. Never received follow-ups from the actual interviewers but was regularly reminded that there was competition for the role. People were professional but seemingly lacked organization and vision.
